I had just left the Doctor’s office with a prescription for antibiotics when an  email pops up from my agent asking if I can apparate 200 city blocks in less than half an hour for an audition. The description of what they were looking for was “Male – A deep man’s man voice with ridiculous gravitas. We need someone who can add drama and intrigue without getting too performancy. The read has to feel natural for this man, yet ridiculous/over the top at the same time.” It might as well have had my name on it. Audition went well. 30 minutes later I was on hold to record. Three more hours and I have been booked. Recording Tuesday.  I like days like this. Please send more.

Mea Culpa … the performance of Gothic at Midnight on Saturday, January 15th, is at the Hilton Hotel, Morgan Suite, 2nd Floor, not at the Midtown location as published in the APAP program.

We wish to make clear that this is not the fault of APAP, but of our editorial goblins, who will be on half rations until they have hand corrected each copy of the program . Last minute correction: due to Donald Trump, our goblins have been denied entry from their homeland of Agrabah.

We have just started rehearsals for the 2013/14 season which will kick off with a performance of Borders of the Mind – The Psychic Show for the Whole Family in Terre Haute, Indianna.  Looking forward to reconnecting with colleagues and friends in Austin, Texas next Week.  Check back for some exciting news…..
